Welcome to St Mary’s Primary School
Our School Council reps would like to say a big thank you to our school community for donating so many food items for the Giving Tree Appeal this year. This will all be donated to Grace's Trust.
What a wonderful afternoon of festive cheer! Well done to all the children. So proud of our St Mary's community.
Oh my word, Year One parents - what a treat you have in store for you! What lovely baking and a lovely tartan ribbon!
Children have been very excited today, dressed in pyjamas, ready for our Christmas Movie Night. They are now enjoying their popcorn and a festive movie. Big thank you to our amazing parent helpers and all the staff for helping today.

Apparently the road outside school is flooded, so everyone please do your best this morning! Walkers, you may want your wellies on! UPDATED: It's the stretch of road in front of the field, and it has mostly subsided. As long as cars stick to the 20mph limit walkers on the path shouldn't get drenched!
Year One had an amazingly creative afternoon! Stained glass, nativity scenes, candy canes and bead snowmen... what a selection of festive delights!
Christmas gonks and stained glass windows! Lovely job, Year 2!
Year 4 made some beautiful decorations! They are all really individual and creative.
Deco Day - Year 3 made some amazing decorations - including these fabulous snowman candle holders!
Adorable Christmas Trees by Year 6.
The Giving Tree is ready for action! If you would like to donate an item of non-perishable food for one of our local charities, please ask your child to bring home a tag from the tree and send in the named item. There's absolutely no pressure. If your child is a bit keen and brings a tag home and you don't want to take part, just pop it back in the book bag to be returned to the tree.
